Dhruvi Patel was born in India and grew up in Canada. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Psychiatry from York University in Toronto. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons College in Boston, MA.
She is a board certified in Family Nurse Practitioner. She has experience in medical/surgical, inpatient and outpatient chronic care management and in nursing home/acute rehab facility as a provider. She believes in providing holistic care for her patients and nurturing relationships in primary care.
Her interests include mental health and management of chronic diseases.
